X Factor bosses concerned as Kelly Rowland plans mid-series tour

Kelly Rowland is said to have annoyed X Factor bosses by planning a US promotional tour in the middle of the series.
The new judge has lined-up gigs in September and the start of October to promote her new album Here I Am.
X Factor insiders are said to worried that her acts will suffer as she leaves them with no mentor during the live shows.
A source told the Daily Mirror: "Kelly is taking a real risk jetting off in the middle of her first series of the X Factor.
"Some of the cast and crew are worried she is not taking it seriously."
However, a source close to the singer has claimed Rowland will be in constant contact with her acts.
They said: "She plans to have regular Skype chats and phone calls while she's on tour."
Meanwhile, a spokesperson for The X Factor said Kelly is "committed to the series and will call her acts from abroad throughout the period."

X Factor judge Kelly Rowland has admitted that it was "very embarassing" when she accidentally flashed her breasts during a recent concert.
The former Destiny Child singer had the wardrobe malfunction while performing live in New Jersey at the weekend.
Rowland told TMZ: "Oh God. Please don't discuss that. That was very embarrassing."
Asked how she did not realise what had happened, she said: "You can't feel that. Your adrenaline's going. Yes, your top... oh God."
Meanwhile, she has refused to rule out a possible reunion with Beyonce and Michelle Williams from Destiny's Child.
She told the Daily Record: "Right now, Bey has just dropped a record, I am about to drop a record and we are making our own music.
"Michelle is doing her plays and that is all going great for her. We still support each other and I think that is all part of growing up."
She added: "You go out to make decisions on your own and I support every decision they make. Whatever that is, I'm going to be completely supportive
